During a Cosmic Mass, Rev Mario based his address on the words of the Prophet Joel which the Apostle Peter quoted on the day of Pentecost. Mario describes how that prophecy is being fulfilled and experienced right now in our young folk, our men folk and our old folk. He sees the wind that began at the first Pentecost has not ceased to blow.
