2024 Spiritual Focus

​In 2024 our focus is on what we fill ourselves with, what we take into ourselves and what we magnify. This calls for discipline of thought, feeling and will for it is about what we want to create within ourselves for the future.

​The word for this coming year is  Imbue, which means to make something intrinsically part of us. We could also describe it as instilling, infusing, permeating.

​​To be imbued is a kind of ethereal thing, a flavour, a fragrance, a type of energy which affects the atmosphere in which we live and also flows out and affects others. It is subtle and it is powerful.

​​This focus on imbuing involves becoming more conscious and discerning about what we are making part of us and part of our lives. It is about filling ourselves with good things.
