Particular attention is paid to the safety of children, young people and vulnerable adults, as outlined in our policy documents. We will treat the person who makes a complaint with sensitivity and compassion. Rosa Veritas has adopted guidelines for responding to trauma during the complaints process and guidelines for conducting an initial risk assessment. We will respond promptly to any complaint we receive. We will treat any investigation of a complaint and those involved with respect, fairness, discretion and accountability. Rosa Veritas is committed to an approach which is trauma-informed and consistent with our values, policies and procedures.
