About Shop

Shop @ Rosa Veritas provides publications which focus on the centre of your being – the true human spirit, the I AM, the real self … And all that surrounds and interacts with this centre – your soul, your mind, your heart, your emotions, your astral, your etheric, your memories, your ideas, your longings. And how you as a whole being interact with the world and this life we are living today.

These publications focus on how you as a spiritual human being can live in this world in a true and real way. They provide spiritual knowledge combined with practicality, insight, humour and feeling.

There are large publications and small. Many were originally authored by Reverend Mario Schoenmaker, a respected spiritual teacher and gifted clairvoyant, and founder of The Independent Church of Australia (formerly The Church of the Mystic Christ) and the Institute of Metaphysics – which is now known as Rosa Veritas. His teachings allow us to enter into a life that is full and rich in wisdom and love, as his own life was.

Payment Options

Shop @ Rosa Veritas receives its functionality through our service provider Weebly.com. The checkout facility is provided by PayPal.

Payment for orders is by credit card over the internet via PayPal (or you can opt to use your PayPal account). You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay via credit card.

Product Information

Binding Types for Printed Books
Printed books have a range of binding types:

Softcover means the standard paperback format with a card cover and glued spine.
Hardcover books have a traditional rigid cover with a sewn spine.
Wire-bound books have printed card and protective acetate covers with a wire coil spine.
Saddle-stitched format books are folded and stapled in the spine.
2-ring bound books have loose-lead pages and are presented in a 2-ring binder.

eBook Formats
eBooks sold on this website are produced in PDF format. A few books are also available as iBooks. When you purchase an eBook you receive access to both formats and can choose to download either or both. After you check out, links to download both eBook formats are included on the Order Confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation email that will include links to download either/both formats.

MP3 Audio Downloads
MP3 audio downloads are available to you as soon as you complete the check out process. Links to download MP3 audio files are included on the Order Confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation email that will include links to download MP3 audio files. You are able to download each MP3 audio file you purchase a maximum of 5 times.

Rosa Veritas Publishing does not employ any DRM (Digital Rights Management) technology. Your purchase allows you to transfer your MP3 files to your portable player, smartphone, tablet, CDs and other media for personal use, storage and backup. Your agreement with Rosa Veritas Publishing is that all MP3 files are for personal use only and not for further distribution.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping costs vary according to the size and weight of the purchased goods as well as its shipping destination.

For delivery within Australia, there is a flat rate shipping charge of $15.95 per order (up to 5kgs). So you’ll do better ordering a range of items to be shipped together.

For delivery to all other countries, shipping charges are based on destination and weight and include tracking.

The shipping cost for your order is automatically calculated during the checkout process when you have provided your details. You will see the cost of shipping prior to being requested to make your payment.

Returns policy

You may return any product that is the result of our error – in such cases we will pay all shipping costs.

If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a replacement will be granted. We do point out that all items are thoroughly checked for any form of damage or fault prior to shipping.

Please send us an email (customerservice@rosaveritas.org) and wait for our reply prior to sending any item back to us.

Any item sent to you via downloading will not be refunded. If there is some error or fault in the item we will fix the error or fault and you can download it again.

Shop @ Rosa Veritas is built on the trust and confidence our customers place in us. We respect our customers' privacy and we are committed to safeguarding and keeping confidential any customer information.

The personal information we collect from you, through our PayPay checkout, includes your:

Your credit card information goes directly to PayPal and Shop @ Rosa Veritas has no access to this data whatsoever.

If you provide us with personally identifiable information, you may receive from time to time emails from us. You agree to receiving emails from us on all types of news and information on our other products and/or services. You may unsubscribe from our services through the means given in these emails.

Cookies that are used in any part of our website will not be used for collecting personally identifiable information and will only be used for internal management purposes.
