Who we are

Rosa Veritas is a spiritual community that was founded in Australia in 1969.

We are spiritually-educated people from all walks of life who feel called to be of spiritual service.

We are drawn together through our love for God, our desire to grow in truth and love and be a source of light, truth and grace in this world.

We know ourselves to be physical representatives of the Order of Melchizedek and that we are here at this time in evolution for a purpose. We are responsible to the Christ, the high-priest of our Order. We take to heart the words “Christ is in you” and endeavour to live a Christed life.

Our world view is enriched, expanded and softened by a knowledge of the soul’s journey through many incarnations and that it is the soul’s blueprint which is a driving force in the life of every individual.

We are progressive. We pioneered the spiritual healing ministry in Australia. Back in the 1960s we started the first late-night coffee shop in Perth and encouraged people to make spirituality a part of daily life, rather than a once a week observance. In 1973, we were the first in Australia to bless the union of two gay people, and we have been conducting this ‘Covenant of Love’ service ever since. We have male and female priests.

We are independent, free-standing, self-funding. And our work is fired by the hope that every human soul can also be this: a free-standing individual. We will encourage you to stand on your own feet, think for yourself, make your own decisions freely, and know the truth for yourself.
