Discourse 3 | Pentecost: The Image of what it is to be Filled with the Spirit
During a series of discourses on St Paul’s letter to the Ephesians, Rev Mario reflects on the text: Do not get drunk with wine … be filled (drunk) with the spirit. He reminds us that Christ is now risen in the etheric realms of this earth and that his presence intensifies the working of the Pentecostal wind and fire in and around us. Rev Mario gives examples of what it is to experience the purification of the wind and the fire in different contexts, and how our capacity to give thanks will enable us to embody and cooperate with this spirit, so our speech becomes tinted with the heavens.
