What we doWe gather together to study, learn and have spiritual conversation. We meet to worship and lift our hearts. We meet to strengthen our spiritual bonds and connections and to share, give and receive spiritual insight. We meet in order to create something for ourselves, this world and the future.
We meet in different places – Adelaide and Melbourne in Australia, Wellington in New Zealand, and cities in the east, west and centre of The Netherlands, as well as online. We exercise a ministry of spiritual healing. We see that many souls are troubled and impeded by forces that are essentially spiritual in nature. The different activities we engage in – both communally and in our individual ministries – are for the wholemaking and spiritual growth of the soul. We celebrate the Cosmic Mass, the Mass for the Cosmos. This sacrament is sustenance for the soul and strengthens our inner spiritual identity. We use ritual, an occult language that bypasses the mind and speaks to the soul. We offer spiritual support and companionship to each other and to those who seek it. We create spiritual opportunities and resources in a number of forms for those who wish to develop their spiritual experience and understanding. We incorporate metaphysical and esoteric teachings in a sacramental setting. We study the ancient mysteries and draw inspiration from the Bible. We see in the Bible a story of the unfolding divinity in us all. This metaphysical approach sees the stories of the Bible as narratives describing what takes place within us at different stages in our soul’s journey, and so we use it as a ‘spiritual blueprint’. We practice a spiritual psychology, acknowledging the growth of our soul through eons of time, and we celebrate the sacraments of birth and death with this journey of the soul in mind. We practise a path of development and initiation knowing there is always more to learn, to become, to give. We work to develop our spiritual perceptiveness and be in tune with the movements of spirit. We endeavour to see the spiritual purposes at work in each of us and in the world and we learn to discern what spirit is at work and what is required from us. There are opportunities to share in our devotional practices within our communities across the globe. We also have meditations and devotional practices you can use in your own home, or you may be able to join an online gathering. Our spiritual teachings are available through our communities, through our distance education courses, either by yourself or in video conferencing groups.
Resources for personal devotion and spiritual study are available through the Rosa Veritas bookshop.
