Our leaders

​The founders of Rosa Veritas are Rev Mario Schoenmaker (1929−1997) and Rev Colin S. Read (1944−1999) who continue to be a strong presence in our community.

​The current leaders of Rosa Veritas are Rev Antoinette Schoenmaker and Rev Robert John.
​
The founders and current leaders have the title Meritus (one of merit) and are collectively referred to as the Meriti.

Rev Antoinette and Rev Robert oversee the path of initiation within The Centre as well as the different teaching programs. They conduct services and retreats, and regularly visit the different communities. They chair the Committee of Management and the Consultative Council of Priests.

The Communities of Rosa Veritas are led by priests appointed by the Meriti. 

• In Adelaide, the community is led by Rev Marja van Breda and the Adelaide council. 
• In the Netherlands, the community is led by Rev Ineke Jansen and the coordination group. 
• In Melbourne, the community is led by a team of two priests, Reverends Louise Flynn and Richard Hall, who work together with the Melbourne Council. 
• In Aotearoa New Zealand, the community is led by Dc Anja van Holten.

Leadership, authority, responsibility is a valued quality in Rosa Veritas, and many of our members exercise these qualities in the different areas of our expression and activity.
