For us the rose indicates the completed soul, the one who has gone through many stages but whose journey commenced - as our own mystic cross indicates - with the realisation that Christ dwells within us. From there we rise into a knowledge of our own eternity and can grow further. The opened rose is the symbol of the blossoming of the I AM within each person, and the perfection and completeness of love.
Those who are able to love are able to shed abroad the fragrance of the rose, for our inner being is that rose which will astonish and bless those who experience it.
