Healing Hands - Meditations

The focus of these meditations is hands - our hands, the hand of God, the many forms they can take and the things they can do. Our hands are the most etheric part of our body, and what we do with them reflects something of the content of our soul; how we think, feel and will.
In these three meditations we are led into contemplating three simple images of a hand, each one with a different meaning. After each there is a quiet time of reflection, and a close in prayer.
The purpose of these meditations is healing and wholemaking.

This meditation focuses on the giving hand, the helping hand - giving and receiving, recognising a gift, and gratitude. 2.
