Rev Mario's Awareness Meditations are a practical program for taking control of the mind, developing the ability to concentrate and consciously direct awareness and imagination.

Similar in style to the ancient practice of yoga nidra, these three meditations form a program for those who are serious about developing their spiritual potential in a disciplined way. It is a graded program in which each meditation is used daily over a month's period, before going on to the next. Each meditation includes relaxing the body, focusing on breathing and a guided visualization.

These exercises increase the flexibility and capacity of the mind and develop a greater control over thought.
This meditation forms the beginning of consciously exercising and focusing the mind and directing our awareness. The will, imagination, hearing and feeling are specifically utilized.
Part of the meditation focuses on ‘planting the seeds of intention’. This is your own personal intention or affirmation. A short positive statement should be formulated prior to embarking on these mediations.
