The Agapē is a less formal celebration of the blessing and sharing of bread and wine, and it is often the way that people gather together to nurture the Christ power in our midst and strengthen the spiritual bonds between us. The bread and wine are blessed and passed to one another.
As is usual for all services, candlelight and flowers will enhance the spiritual atmosphere.
Please have close at hand a consecrated host, small bread roll or piece of bread and also a small glass or chalice of port, wine or fruit juice so you can share in the communion.
Download and print the songs for the Agapē. The song sheet will be available a day or two prior to the service.

In the forty days prior to Easter Sunday, we prepare ourselves to gain a deeper experience of the event of Golgotha and to unfold a greater understanding of the effect of the death and resurrection of Christ on each individual, this world, and the cosmos. This is the season of Lent.
